Wireframe is thrilled to have wrapped up the exhibition of Pressure at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) in Athens, Greece.
Created by Hans E Madsen and Frederik D. Hougs, this mesmerizing light installation captivated audiences with its imaginative take on the complexity of the human mind.
Using transparent tubes filled with pixel-controlled LEDs, Pressure created a dynamic “doodle of light” that flowed and shifted like thoughts and emotions. The installation beautifully balanced simplicity and complexity—it could be seen as a whimsical doodle in the air, like one made during a phone call, or as a representation of the intricate neurological network inside our brain, where chaos finds its own unique order.
The Dome at SNFCC provided the perfect setting for this visually stunning experience, and it was a joy to see thousands of visitors immerse themselves in its glowing patterns. We’re incredibly grateful to the SNFCC team for their collaboration and to everyone who came to experience Pressure.
As this remarkable installation continues its journey, we look forward to bringing its light and creativity to new audiences around the world.
